When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number and, if you want delivery, your address. You may also add a note to your order. We collect nothing else about you — there are no accounts to create on this website and no online payment, so we never see card or bank details.

Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us until you place an order.

We use your details only to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you about it — usually on WhatsApp or by phone. If you become a regular customer, we keep your contact details in our shop system so we can look up your past orders and outstanding balance.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

We share your details only where it is necessary to serve you: with the person delivering your order, and with the service providers that host this website and its database. They process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as our business and tax records require. If you ask us to delete your contact details and we have no outstanding order or balance with you, we will.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your cart locally so it survives a page refresh, and the site may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the shop working.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Clearing your browser data removes the cart stored on your device.
