An order placed on this website is a request, not a completed sale. We confirm every order with you — normally on WhatsApp or by phone — before we prepare or deliver it. A sale exists only once we have confirmed it and issued an invoice.

We may decline or adjust an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it.

Prices shown on this website are in PKRand include the price of the goods only. Stock and prices change; the price confirmed with you at the time of the order is the price that applies. Where an item shows “Ask for price”, contact us for a quote.

Wholesale rates and bulk discounts are agreed with us directly and may differ from the retail prices listed here.

There is no online payment on this website. You pay on delivery or collection, in cash or by the methods we agree with you. Where we have extended credit, the amount is due on the terms stated on your invoice.

We deliver locally and give you an expected time when we confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or stock. Please check your order when it arrives.

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched — just tell us. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or past its expiry date, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food, treats, litter, or medicine unless the product is faulty.

We describe products as accurately as we can, but packaging, formulations and images can change without notice from the manufacturer. Product information on this site is not veterinary advice; consult a vet about your pet's health and diet.
